Oversee and monitor overall month end closing (MEC) activities and period closing for completeness and timeliness.
Review and approve manual journals at month end with appropriate and complete supporting documentation.
Manage day to day operations of the cost management function, including management of costs, inventory, product standard costs, and reporting to support the organization.
Manage and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting for management and stakeholders.
Plan and monitor the Annual Operational Planning (AOP) & Long-Term Business Plan (LRBP) to meet management’s goals.
Plan and update quarterly price lists for pricing guidance.
Plan and ensure timely and complete updates of product standard costs.
Plan and manage cycle count audits and physical inventory verifications.
Monitor compliance with internal and external controls.
Manage and collaborate with external and internal auditors.
Handle ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
Lead and drive assigned projects to meet organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Education: Degree in Business, Accounting, or Professional Qualification in finance/accounting.
Experience: 6-10 years in Finance, Accounting, or Costing.
