About the Role

Assist senior finance manager in handling various financial operation and reporting tasks in relation to financial reporting team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the financial reporting matters
2. Assist in/manage the monthly closing activities
3. Assist in/manage the Group reporting matters
4. Manage the accounts payable including staff claims
5. Manage the tax for the company including WHT and SST
6. Assist and manage the risk and compliance matters
7. Assist in the finance projects and participate in Company wide projects
8. Liaising with external parties - auditors, tax agents, BNM, MDEC, etc.
9. Coach and guide junior team members
10. Compliance with accounting regulations, IFRS, Companies Act, tax laws, Group policies and procedures, etc.
11. Any other ad-hoc activities
