Job Description - Assistant Manager, Events and Promotions (250000BL)

As an Assistant Manager in Events and Promotions, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing major company events, as well as managing promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your role includes overseeing end-to-end event management, liaising with vendors and departments, conducting post-event evaluations, and supporting campaign initiatives. You will also handle administrative tasks related to events and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of major company events from planning to post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution within budget and timeline.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies and initiatives to support events and campaigns.
  • Conduct post-event surveys and prepare evaluation reports.
  • Support in campaign planning, proofreading promotional materials, and managing logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and manage costs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or related roles, preferably in the financial or insurance industry.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
