Overview

To lead a team of technicians on daily maintenance work for the plant and machineries. To perform improvement maintenance services, preventive maintenance and part management. To upskill technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge. To ensure compliance with environmental regulations on Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians on daily maintenance activities for the plant and machinery.
• Perform improvement maintenance services, preventive maintenance and part management.
• Upskill technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for ETP and STP.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance, facilities, or utilities management (manufacturing/FMCG preferred).
• Possess valid CePIETSO and CePSTPO certifications.
• Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Bahasa.
• Good PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Pleasant, mature and hardworking.
