Join a leading direct-selling company in Malaysia as an Assistant Manager for eCommerce & Performance Marketing. You'll be responsible for planning and optimizing online sales channels and campaigns across major platforms. As Assistant Manager, eCommerce & Performance Marketing, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of our online sales channels and paid-media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and more. You’ll set ambitious KPIs, run A/B tests, analyse ROI, and deliver monthly insights to fuel growth and maximise profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & KPI Setting
Define quarterly and annual eCommerce growth targets (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC).
Develop media-mix models and budget allocations across channels to hit performance goals.
Paid Campaigns & Growth Performance
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada Sponsored, Shopee Ads, etc.
Monitor spend pacing, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative refresh cadences.
ROI Analysis & Reporting
Track key metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV/CAC), conduct monthly ROI deep-dives.
Prepare concise performance decks with actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, copy variations, and checkout flows.
Leverage heatmaps, session recordings, and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Hotjar) to improve conversion rates.
eCommerce Platform Management
Oversee product catalog uploads, pricing updates, inventory sync, and promotional setups on Shopify/Magento or marketplace stores.
Coordinate with IT and operations to ensure site stability, mobile responsiveness, and payment-gateway reliability.
Monthly & Ad Hoc Reporting
Deliver a standardised monthly performance report covering channel spend vs. budget, KPI progress, test outcomes, and next-steps roadmap.
Provide ad-hoc analyses for new market opportunities, channel expansions, or campaign pivots.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
3+ years in eCommerce and paid-media roles, preferably in fast-paced retail or direct-selling environments.
Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee).
Strong analytical toolkit: advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Google Analytics, Ads Managers, and BI platforms.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks and CRO methodologies.
Familiarity with Shopify/Magento or major marketplace backends.
