Develop distributor development programs and establish KPIs that pay for performance in line with the Company Must Win Battle (MWB).

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop distributor development program, policies & guidelines, and drive compliance to ensure business is conducted with integrity.
  2. Establish distributor KPIs that pay for performance in line with MWB, including organizing annual distributor incentive trips.
  3. Conduct annual distributor capabilities assessments and develop programs to uplift performance standards.
  4. Organize annual distributor conventions to ensure alignment with MWB.
  5. Identify opportunities and implement new processes to improve sales distribution workflow efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams on distributor management strategies, contracts, RTM, and sales systems.
  7. Monitor the distributor development budget, incentives, and initiatives for effectiveness and efficiency.
  8. Facilitate communication between distributors and sales through regular meetings and reviews.
  9. Evaluate and optimize distributor points via re-demarcation, rationalization, mergers, and attrition.
  10. Serve as the main contact for contracts, policies, SOPs, DMS, SFA, and escalate issues as needed.
  11. Undertake projects aligned with business needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Distributor Management, with a good understanding of programs, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to deliver results through collaboration and influence.
  • University degree or professional qualification in Economics, Business, or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.

Job type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:15 am - 4:00 pm
