Develop distributor development programs and establish KPIs that pay for performance in line with the Company Must Win Battle (MWB).
Responsibilities:
- Develop distributor development program, policies & guidelines, and drive compliance to ensure business is conducted with integrity.
- Establish distributor KPIs that pay for performance in line with MWB, including organizing annual distributor incentive trips.
- Conduct annual distributor capabilities assessments and develop programs to uplift performance standards.
- Organize annual distributor conventions to ensure alignment with MWB.
- Identify opportunities and implement new processes to improve sales distribution workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams on distributor management strategies, contracts, RTM, and sales systems.
- Monitor the distributor development budget, incentives, and initiatives for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between distributors and sales through regular meetings and reviews.
- Evaluate and optimize distributor points via re-demarcation, rationalization, mergers, and attrition.
- Serve as the main contact for contracts, policies, SOPs, DMS, SFA, and escalate issues as needed.
- Undertake projects aligned with business needs.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Distributor Management, with a good understanding of programs, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to deliver results through collaboration and influence.
- University degree or professional qualification in Economics, Business, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:15 am - 4:00 pm
