Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid, organic, and owned media campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strategically manage digital media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, X, XiaoHongShu and more.
  • Guide the compilation, validation, and analysis of performance data to ensure accuracy and insight-driven reporting.
  • Develop comprehensive and visually engaging monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to present campaign results, drive continuous improvement, and propose strategic solutions.
  • Work with external media partners and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness and explore new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in General / Digital Marketing, or relevant field of study.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing and media buying, with a strong understanding of platform mechanics and audience targeting.
  • Solid track record in campaign analysis, performance tracking, and reporting across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategies and recommendations.
  • Skilled in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Confident in communicating ideas clearly and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project and time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive, curious, and constantly seeking to optimize for better results.
  • Retail industry experience is a strong advantage.
