Job Description:

1. Oversee and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Executives, who serve as brand PICs for various social media accounts.

2. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

3. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

4. Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms.

5. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all social media activities.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

7. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to identify areas for improvement.

8. Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights to management.

9. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content and campaigns.

10. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer marketing, and community engagement initiatives.

11. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.

12. Manage budgets and track campaign ROI.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.

3. Proven experience leading and managing a small team.

4. Demonstrated experience in content creation and social media campaign management.

5. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and their respective best practices.
