We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Executive – Data Analysis to join our data team. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through effective ETL processes and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with data pipelines, and a passion for storytelling with data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or BI platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud to support decision-making across business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support ad hoc data requests and conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover business opportunities or performance gaps.
• Document data processes, definitions, and dashboard designs for internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools and SQL for data preparation and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Power BI, and preferably experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
