Job description

Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial, Commerce & Business Division

Provide corporate secretarial support to PROTON group of companies.

  1. Draft and review circular resolutions.
  2. Prepare and coordinate presentation slides, board papers, action lists, and meeting minutes.
  3. Maintain and update statutory books and records in compliance with Companies Act 2016 and all relevant regulations, practice guidelines, etc.
  4. Liaise with stakeholders, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Securities Commission, and all relevant authorities regarding corporate secretarial matters.
  5. Assist with any ad hoc tasks as required by Management and Board members.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration or equivalent.

Experience: 3-7 years in related field.

Skills & Abilities
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, aligned with shared values, goals, and vision.
