Requirements/Job Description:
  • CGI (ICSA) qualification and a member of MAICSA
  • Minimum 5 year of relevant corporate secretarial, preferably with exposure in public listed companies
  • Experience in legal/corporate matters or due diligence will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements, Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to manage multiple engagements and work well under pressure
  • Good organisational, communication and minutes writing skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • To assist the Head of Corporate Communications & Administration with all company secretarial works, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • To prepare Company’s Annual Report and other reports and analysis as required
  • To collaborate with all departments to ensure the relevant reporting is submitted on a timely basis
  • To assist in ad-hoc duties and special projects as and when assigned
