This Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial role involve a blend of corporate governance, compliance, and legal oversight duties. Here are the main aspects of the position summarized:

  • Corporate Secretarial Compliance: Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and other local acts for international entities, involving statutory record-keeping, returns, and managing corporate documents.
