Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, research analysis, or investment banking.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

To support the Group’s corporate finance activities including M&As, fund raising, strategic planning, and group restructuring.

To research, compile, and analyze information to support the evaluation of project feasibility studies, including financial modeling, projections, business models, and cost-benefit analysis.

To execute and implement corporate exercises aligned with the Group’s long-term goals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Prepare board papers supported by relevant analysis and details.

Oversee transaction due diligence processes.

Handle deal structuring and other transaction-related matters.

Work closely with internal teams within the Group and coordinate with external parties such as advisers, solicitors, and financing providers.

Stay informed of the changing business landscape to identify opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including financial modeling, data analytics, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
