Description:

Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement the Group's compliance policy framework, including the resolution of non-compliance issues and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support superiors in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure resource efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and processes to govern the compliance program and its execution.
  • Establish and manage the non-compliance incident reporting system (e.g., hotline, email, whistle-blowing channels) to ensure proper handling of incidences.
  • Develop and execute compliance training programs (workshops, handbooks, leaflets, website, e-learnings) as part of education efforts.
  • Conduct periodic train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Perform internal reviews/investigations on reports of non-compliance to ensure issues are addressed.
  • Prepare compliance reports for the Group CEO/Board of Directors to communicate and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with global Business Units/Lines on compliance initiatives and advise stakeholders on policy application.
  • Maintain relationships with external compliance communities to stay updated on laws, regulations, and best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Studies, Finance, or Law preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA/CA, CFE, CRM).
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with healthcare industry exposure preferred.
  • 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of business, industry, and compliance/ethics programs.
  • Experience in managing investigations and providing solutions.
  • Skills in compliance communication and local business practices.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
