Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing merchant and other business partner onboarding processes by ensure it compliant with BNM regulation and company policy.
  • Overseeing merchant careline by making sure the team is resolving merchant inquiry, issue and complaint.
  • Ensuring both teams are following the Standard Operating Procedure set when dealing with their work.
  • Keeping the teams abreast in achieving department KPIs and company’s goal.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experiences in merchant helpdesk and onboarding experience environment
  • Degree in Management, Economics, Law or similar areas is required
  • Solid understanding of business models, products, services, types of customers and entities, geographic locations, and the potential risks associated with those activities
  • Experience problem solving, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
  • Ability to work with cross-functional team. Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to be responsible, take ownership and use own initiative
  • Not afraid of suggesting and make change
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Ability to multi-task, particularly under pressure, often to tight deadlines and within SLA
