A leading banking institution in Malaysia seeks a skilled professional for climate risk management roles. This position involves supporting climate-related projects, developing frameworks, and reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree, possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and have experience in risk management and financial operations.

Support projects and initiatives related to climate risk, including scenario analysis and stress testing.
Develop, review, and update climate-related frameworks, policies, guidelines, and internal methodologies.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective embedding of climate-related risk management into day-to-day operations.
Prepare climate-related reports and disclosures.
Requirements
A recognized Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, or other related quantitative and business disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of related experience and familiarity with financial accounting/management of banking institutions/risk management.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft spreadsheet procedures and principles.
Experience in writing risk reports, conducting stress testing, and knowledge of SAS, Python, and/or other statistical packages is an advantage.
