Assistant Manager, Civil-Infrastructure (Property Development)

• Follow up with authority submission and approval (e.g., Infra plan, CCC, H/O, etc.).
• Co-develop civil infrastructure design and parameters for conceptual design to ensure engineering justification, cost-effectiveness, and aesthetic requirements.
• Develop civil infrastructure designs, prepare reports, submission drawings, letters, and other documents for authority approval.
• Review proposals, shop drawings, etc., from main contractors or specialists to ensure constructability, time efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct periodic site inspections for civil infrastructure, attend site meetings, and resolve technical disputes, RFIs.
• Coordinate and calculate monthly earthwork claim quantities and final work completion.
• Monitor civil infrastructure team members (engineers and draughtspersons).
• Coordinate with project personnel for tendering, construction, as-built drawings, CCC inspections, CPC, handover, and contractual matters.
• Address community/stakeholder complaints or technical issues related to civil infrastructure.
• Review third-party designs to ensure consistency with group standards and parameters.
• Perform additional functions or tasks as directed by management.
