About the Job

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing audits for the Great Eastern Group of Companies. You will also assist the Singapore Head of Internal Audit in providing independent and objective assurance to improve the Group’s operations.

  • Ensure coverage of relevant regulatory requirements and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and practices;
  • Lead or participate in audit planning to ensure quality and timeliness of reports;
  • Develop and update audit plans and programs suitable for the operating environment;
  • Ensure timely reporting of findings and recommendations to the Audit Committee;
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments, including special projects and investigations;
  • Follow up on audit findings and verify resolutions;
  • Maintain audit standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality reviews;
  • Assist in the administration of the Internal Audit department to optimize resource usage;
  • Consider business and regulatory risks and implement mitigation measures;
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and technologies to safeguard the company;
  • Proactively identify potential risks and share best practices.
