You will be our front-liner, engaging with prospects, customers, and partners to continually drive new sales and opportunities. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. It combines elements of sales and customer service, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop and present customized solutions that address customer needs and provide value-added benefits.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Drive sales growth through effective prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, including resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling principles and techniques, with the ability to articulate value propositions and differentiate products/services.
