A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

● Build and maintain robust relationships with global partners at regional/global levels, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs and expectations are met consistently.

● Develop and execute strategic account strategies to achieve sales targets, drive account expansion, and uncover new business opportunities with global partners, while promoting Teleport network and leveraging third-party capacity, including charter programs.

● Coordinate closely with Country GMs and the GSA team to expand and maintain global partners' business, while coordinating and driving specific operational requirements with regional operations to win new business, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the local sales team, marketing, and customer care team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

● Monitor the performance of global accounts, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Prepare detailed performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing key achievements and areas for improvement.

● Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

SKILLS

● Proven ability to manage key accounts and consistently meet revenue targets.

● Effective at engaging clients, understanding their needs, and fostering long-term relationships.

● Skilled in identifying client challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and driving business growth.

● Strong negotiation skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

● Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to support account management strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

● Proven experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles.

● Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates.
