Mawar Medical Centre is seeking a Business Development Manager to help implement strategic plans aimed at expanding hospital services. The role involves market analysis, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Assist in the creation and implementation of the hospital's business development strategies and plans.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging healthcare trends, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities.
Support the development of new service offerings and partnerships that align with the hospital’s mission and business goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, corporate clients, insurance companies, and community organizations.
Serve as a point of contact for potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in developing and managing proposals, contracts, and service agreements with corporate clients or partners.
In charge with the marketing department to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events that promote the hospital’s services.
Support the business development team in driving sales strategies to increase hospital revenue, including identifying potential referral sources and opportunities for service line expansion.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management regarding progress and results.
Maintain and update data related to business development activities, client interactions, and market trends.
Analyse performance metrics, track progress on business development targets, and provide insights into potential areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
Experience in dealing with corporate clients, insurance providers, or healthcare consultants is highly valued.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical thinking with a good grasp of business and financial analysis.
Project management capabilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
