As a Business Development (Asst Mngr.), your role is the key to the growth of the business and demands a very high work ethic, an incredible attitude and a problem-solver mindset.
Your ultimate goal is to acquire new clients through a combination of prospecting techniques leveraging off your network and business contacts.
To succeed in this role, you need to be driven and a great communicator.
You will be reporting to the Head of Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
Acquire new business based on your assigned geographical area.
Identify opportunities in new business verticals and locations.
Build and manage relationships with buyers.
Contribute and work together with the marketing, relationship management and operations team to ensure alignment in the business strategy.
Follow up ruthlessly on opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
Build strategy for new market.
ASEAN Market expansion will be one of area segmentation.
Requirements
Business development and sales experience.
Genuine sense of curiosity.
Fearless attitude towards networking, prospecting and eagerness to meet new people and build relationships.
Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Goal focused.
Attention to detail and able to deliver tasks on time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Tools.
Bonus If You Have: Previous experience in B2B enterprise sales and/or Client Success.
