Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and conduct a market research, business proposal on a new business opportunity.
  • Identify, establish and manage strategic partnerships to support business goals.
  • Evaluate potential partner, conduct due diligence, market reputation, capabilities and compliance record.
  • Initiate contact and build relationship. Approach partner though networking/referals/digital outreach.
  • Participate in tender/bidding. Ensure all tender document/pricing and compliance details are prepared.
  • Assist in preparation of departmental annual planning and budgeting.
  • Assist in preparation of memorandum, management paper, including board paper, slide presentation, official letter and etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry, including of sales, market, products and regulations.
  • Experience handling tender processes and creating detailed proposals that follow healthcare requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain product benefits, lead customer meetings, and work well with both team member and clients.
  • Well verse with related planning, authorities guidelines and statutory requirements.
