We\'re looking for an Assistant Manager, Business Development to serve as a strategic partner and growth accelerator. This role is a force multiplier, designed to scale our high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional ready to make a significant impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

I) High-Level Strategy & Commercials Support

  • Assist with high-level business strategy, research, and analysis to help initiate new products, projects, and services.
  • Support collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new fintech products and services that address market needs and drive business growth.
  • Assist in championing new product ideas, conducting feasibility studies, and building business cases to secure internal support.
  • Support the negotiation and finalisation of business commercial terms, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
  • Communicate and discuss with the legal team regarding all legal, risk, and commercial documentation related to new initiatives.

II) Partnership & Stakeholder Support

  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and engaging with potential international partners for cross-border financial settlements.
  • Support initial outreach and assist with the negotiation of commercial terms to secure new partnerships that align with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments (including Operations, Compliance, IT, Product, and Legal) to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new international partners.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new partners during the integration phase, addressing queries and facilitating smooth technical and operational setups.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key international partners, identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration and growth.

III) Operational & Administrative

  • Provide necessary administrative and operational support for the overall business development functions of the organisation.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Background

Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma with a focus on Business, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, issue-resolution capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
