Assistant Manager, Business Development

To support the functions of the Business Development, Branding & Communications department and perform marketing activities to increase revenue growth from new and existing clientele channels.

Core Duties

1. Developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating marketing strategies and work plans for the corporate market.
2. Assisting in the development of service packages and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for potential clients.
3. Initiating marketing promotional activities, such as seasonal corporate gifts, HR appreciation luncheons, and health carnivals, to attract corporate clients and generate revenue while fostering strong connections.
4. Drafting the development of MoU/MoA as well as proposals for partnership and collaboration.
5. Conducting marketing visits to existing and potential corporate clients to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
6. Collaborating with the BDCC team and participating in events or marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, especially in driving sales, marketing & business, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Must be able to converse in Mandarin due to handling the Chinese market.
• Candidates with insurance experience/knowledge are an added advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• A dynamic team player with strong analytical abilities.
• Strong networking skills and connections, especially in Corporate or Insurance sectors.
