We are currently seeking a creative and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Brand & Marketing to develop high-impact content and marketing materials that enhance enrolment and elevate brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in managing online assets, such as websites and social media platforms, and will excel in generating engaging content designed to boost outreach, interest, and conversion rates. This role requires exceptional copywriting skills and creativity to produce high-quality brochures, pitch decks, and communication materials that effectively engage our agents and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Collateral Development
  • Create premium marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, pitch decks, booklets, videos, and other promotional assets for GEP camps.
  • Design and develop engaging content that reflects GEP’s brand identity while appealing to parents and students.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure they have current marketing materials for effective outreach.
  • Website & Digital Content Management
  • Manage and update GEP’s website content with the latest camp details, schedules, and promotional content.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance search visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Work alongside designers and developers to optimise user experience, ensuring the website is visually appealing, informative, and user-friendly.
  • Social Media & Content Strategy
  • Develop and implement a content calendar for consistent, high-quality engagement across platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create dynamic posts, videos, and stories to enhance audience engagement and drive conversions.
  • Analyse social media metrics and trends to refine performance and engagement strategies.
  • Actively engage with followers to cultivate a vibrant online community.
  • Campaign Execution & Brand Promotion
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and paid advertisements.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to widen GEP's marketing reach.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the company’s brand messaging and strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Sales Support
  • Partner with the sales team to create communication tools for agents and partners.
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including fairs and online webinars.
  • Contribute to creating persuasive and creative copy.

Who You Are

To thrive in this role, you should be an innovative and proactive marketing professional with a deep understanding of digital trends and effective customer engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in content creation or marketing roles.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English; strong copywriting capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies is desirable.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
  • Highly organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
