About the role

As an Assistant Manager, Branch Strategy & Development at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic growth and expansion plans. This full-time position based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, involves developing and implementing innovative branch-level strategies to ensure the company's success within the consulting and strategy sector.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in managing Regional Office, Branches, Counter Service office renovation/relocation/refurbishment/closure, and Asset Sighting.
  • Lead or assist in preparing project designs based on space efficiency.
  • Propose space design and layout for offices and branches in line with the Regional Support Department's New Branch Concept.
  • Prepare 2D and 3D layout and detailed drawings for nationwide Regional Offices, Branches, and Counter Service renovation projects.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of Bill of Quantity (BQ) documents provided by contractors/vendors.
  • Conduct site inspections before and after renovations to measure and review work against proposed layouts and designs.
  • Monitor budget investments for OPEX & CAPEX and analyze actual investments.
  • Assist in addressing audit findings and updating team procedures as required.
  • Support the evaluation of team members' performance against yearly KPIs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in strategic planning, branch network management, or related fields within the consulting and strategy sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of successful branch initiatives and measurable business impact.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and the competitive landscape in Malaysia.
  • Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
