Support agency force and other business channels (if any) to achieve their business goals by delivering high impact training modules.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Faculty Head and team in curriculum design, module’s development project and support training roll out.
  • Design training program based on business results to be achieved, follow by meticulous tracking when vital.
  • Deliver in-house training modules & follow up follow through for certain program.
  • Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take ownership for self-development.
  • Update and complete documentation of training materials.

Job Specification:

  • Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.
  • Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong drive and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
  • Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.
