About the Job

Job Purpose:

You are responsible for supporting the Agency Strategy and Planning Office in strategy development, contest management, key events coordination, and business planning activities.

Job Description:
  • Support strategy development, contest management, and business planning activities through preparing EAFs, SEAFs, BRM, Warzone decks, and related documents.
  • Assist in analyzing the agency's monthly business performance, trends, and contest take-up rates.
  • Obtain relevant industry information, such as government policies, to aid decision-making in implementing new strategies.
  • Prepare post-contest assessments and conduct regular reviews.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and business papers to the HOD as instructed.
  • Prepare presentation slides for the HOD, CEO, and relevant stakeholders to communicate the company's direction and goals for agency members.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to supervisors by completing tasks promptly.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a formal degree or higher; professional qualifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry, with relevant knowledge of the Takaful environment.
  • Strong business acumen and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Initiative to improve current processes and adaptability to change.
