Job description

Description:

KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) practice is positioned to assist clients in the overall accounting related advisory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Involve in accounting advisory related projects across accounting, system and process and lead smaller scale projects along with other solutions of AAS, including:
    1. Implementation of new financial reporting standards;
    2. Conversion of accounting framework to MFRS or MPERS;
    3. Accounting related system implementation of accounting related solution;
    4. Support in accounts backlog and reconciliation;
    5. Design and development of accounting manual, reporting pack or consolidation template;
    6. Secondment of staff to client's office to fill up their temporary accounting resource shortages.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field;
  2. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting functions or auditing;
  3. Possess knowledge of financial reporting standards and be up to date with developments on regulatory and accounting matters;
  4. Strong analytical and management skills;
  5. Excellent command of English;
  6. Well organized and reliable with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
