About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at MARINA BUSINESS HOLDINGS' in Sungai Petani Kedah. As a full-time Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our retail operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service

Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience

Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team

Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience

Supervise and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and events

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a management or Assistant Manager role
