Safeguards Secure Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective operations and management of our thriving cash management business. What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are maintained
• Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and mentorship
• Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the logistics, facilities, or freight forwarding industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control
• Good understanding of cash management operations and day-to-day branch management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Diploma or degree in a related field
