Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Saturday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • Required minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
  • Expected salary: RM5,500 - RM7,000 per month

Position Details:

Position: Assistant Sales Manager | SPJ

Salary Package: Basic RM5,500 - RM7,000 + Commission

Working Location: Skudai, JB

Company Background: Plywood Supplier

Working Days: 5.5 days/week (Alternate Saturday)

Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Job Descriptions:
  • Assist branch manager in achieving branch sales targets
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop potential customers
  • Build relationships with existing and new customers to promote and sell the company's products
  • Handle complaints regarding quality, delivery, or other issues from customers
  • Assist branch manager with branch operational matters
  • Develop existing export markets
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience selling physical goods
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, team player, capable of performing in a highly competitive environment
  • Possess own car
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
