Overview
To service and manage assigned Key Accounts (Modern Trade) by driving business growth in order to achieve company's sales target & business goals.
Responsibilities
- Strategize & identify the growth levers for each & every Key Account (Modern Trade) in order to achieve sales target & business goals.
- Implement and execute Sales Plan & Trade Marketing initiatives.
- Engage and develop strong relationship with all assigned key customers to ensure maximum customers\' satisfaction.
- Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities (e.g. new customer, new products range, & etc.)
- Manage and monitor DSO to ensure collection is completed in less than 60 days to achieve group target.
- Collaborate with inter department to ensure effective & efficient operation as well as supply chain process.
- Perform market survey and market intelligence, analyze and report to the management.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree holder of any business discipline
- 5 - 7 years working experiences in sales and marketing.
