Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Support:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of personal care retail accounts, with a special emphasis on Watson and other key partners.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong strategic relationships with retailers, pop-up event organizers, and livestream platform representatives to maximize brand exposure.
  • Provide high-level support by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Sales, Merchandising, And Event Support:

  • Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to create and execute tailored merchandising strategies and in-store promotions.
  • Organize and manage pop-up events and retail activations that showcase Hygrâs innovative products and brand story.
  • Coordinate and oversee livestream shopping events, working closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance online customer engagement and sales.
  • Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and promotional activities to secure profitable partnerships with key accounts.

Market & Trend Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities within the personal care retail sector.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of pop-up events and livestream channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance merchandising efforts and account strategies.

Internal Coordination & Reporting:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams—including sales, merchandising, marketing, and digital media—to ensure key accounts’ needs are met.
  • Assist in preparing regular performance reports covering sales metrics, account developments, market trends, and the outcomes of pop-up and livestream events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a related role; more than 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Glenmarie, Shah Alam
