Your Role:
- Strategic Leadership: Establish strong partnerships with PHARMACY CHAINS to meet business objectives and drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and enhancing brand visibility.
- Sales & Distribution: Monitor and analyze sales performance, manage trade spend, and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure product availability and optimize ROI.
- Innovative Growth: Lead the execution of creative strategies for brand differentiation, contribute to in-store activations, and stay ahead of competition by proposing innovative solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and lead your team, ensure seamless campaign execution, and serve as a liaison between accounts and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide monthly reports, use data-driven insights to enhance strategies, and take ownership of sales targets to achieve execution excellence.
- Supervise 1-2 staff members in the pharmacy line, leading efforts to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and strengthen brand presence in the pharmacy retail sector.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of experience managing chain pharmacies like Watsons and Guardian within the FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven track record in handling key accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding distribution channels within the pharmacy retail sector.
- Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel as needed to support business growth and manage accounts effectively.
