Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant IT Manager to oversee IT software designing and development for DotNet and Microsoft Axapta System. This role requires strong technical expertise, programming skills, and a passion for software development.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Enhance and maintain existing online application systems such as sales ordering and payment collection.
2. Manage and improve new and existing company ERP application systems and e-document systems.
3. Software integration for Web and backend ERP systems.
4. Develop and enhance programs/systems for webpages, mobile applications, Microsoft Axapta ERP system, and online systems.
5. Provide user support for in-house applications, and manage and develop related programs and reports.
6. Propose ideas for system improvements.
7. Maintain and develop forms and reports.
8. Assist in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
9. Manage and control IT department systems and processes.
10. Handle all IT-related software and hardware issues, including servers.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Skills in DotNet programming, C, Visual C#, Java, Objective-C, Lotus Notes, X++, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server are preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
4. Good problem-solving skills and ability to improve IT systems.
5. Supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
