A leading company in South East Asia seeks an IT Executive to provide on-site and remote support for end-user devices and maintain IT infrastructure. You will be involved in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and the implementation of infrastructure projects while ensuring optimal operation of servers and network devices.

Provide on-site and remote support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Perform basic hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, or coordinate with vendors for repair services.
Assist in setup, relocation, and configuration of user workstations, peripherals, and networking devices.
Support and assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects (e.g., hardware upgrades, cabling, equipment relocation).
Assist in server room and network rack maintenance (labeling, tidying, hardware checks).
Respond to IT support tickets promptly and maintain proper records and solutions.
System Monitoring & Maintenance:
Monitor servers, network devices (switches, routers), and IT systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform regular health checks and escalate abnormalities to supervisor.
Ensure proper functioning of backup systems and antivirus updates.
IT Inventory & Asset Management
Maintain and update IT inventory list for hardware, software licenses, and network devices.
Prepare and manage handover forms for IT equipment issued to staff.
Assist in tagging, tracking, and organizing IT assets across departments.
Coordinate equipment check-in/check-out and support in audit exercises.
User Support & Helpdesk
Respond to technical support requests from employees via Helpdesk, email, phone, or in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues on Windows platforms.
Guide users on basic system usage, file sharing, printing, and network connectivity.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members for assistance.
Documentation:
Document IT support activities, issue resolutions, and asset changes.
Prepare and update infrastructure documentation to be aligned with the actual set up.
Ad Hoc Assignment:
To perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
At least a Certificate or Diploma in Computer related studies.
Microsoft and network related certification are added advantage.
At least 3 years working in networking or IT infrastructure field.
Have good records in managing and monitoring infrastructure devices.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team of professional peers and vendors.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good analytical skills to identify issues and bottleneck.
Good analysis and detection skill to identify possible breach attempt into infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in setting up, managing and maintaining Microsoft network.
Able to analyze and identify possible/potential hardware failure from the device logs.
Good team player
Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge.
