Job description

The primary role of the Manufacturing Quality function is to design, implement, and monitor quality control programs. Key deliverables include, but are not limited to, recommending changes to methods, procedures, and standards to improve output quality based on data and system analysis. Ensures products are built correctly according to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Reports defects and tracks resolution.

• The primary objective of the Quality Control specialization within the Manufacturing Quality Job Family is to perform inspections, checks, testing, and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes.
• Carry out manufacturing line inspections, sampling, and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure company standards are met.
• Draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods.
• Apply approval or rejection labels to raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage non-conforming products and facilitate the release of conforming finished goods.
• Support roles include clerical, administrative, or specialized support tasks in office or field settings, technical tasks, or operational tasks.
• Require vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Interact internally to exchange information.
• Follow established procedures without discretion to vary from them.
