Job Title: TMS Administrator – Planning
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the company's Timesheet Management System (TMS), ensuring timely submission, compilation, and input of time records from all departments, monitoring staff hours utilization, and ensuring proper project setup.
  • Provide briefing and training on TMS, respond to user inquiries, and liaise with IT and TMS vendors for further assistance.
  • Coordinate with other departments on TMS-related matters.
  • Assist Planning Engineer as required.
  • Perform other duties within your competency as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Integrate and consider Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) elements in all activities to meet company objectives.
