Responsibilities
Assist in Human Resources Implementation
- Support the superior in the implementation of various human resources - related work, including but not limited to recruitment, employee on - boarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
- In recruitment, help to post job advertisements on relevant platforms, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
- During on - boarding, prepare necessary documents, introduce company policies and procedures to new employees, and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Office Supplies Procurement
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies. This involves identifying the needs of different departments, comparing prices from various suppliers, placing orders, and following up on deliveries to ensure that the office has an adequate and continuous supply of necessary items.
Customer Reception
- Participate in customer reception activities. Greet and welcome customers visiting the factory, provide them with necessary information about the company and its products, and assist in arranging factory tours or meetings as required. Ensure that customers have a positive experience during their visit.
Document Organization
- Be responsible for the organization and management of various human resources and administrative documents. This includes filing employee records, contracts, and other important documents in an orderly manner for easy retrieval and reference. Also, ensure the confidentiality and security of these documents.
Requirements
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese. The ability to communicate effectively in these languages is crucial for interacting with employees, customers, and suppliers from different backgrounds.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in administrative or human resources fields. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
- Proficient in using common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good organizational and time - management skills are essential to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships with colleagues and external parties. Attention to detail is also important, especially when dealing with documents and data.
