A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support HR operations, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a relevant degree. This role focuses on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

· Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of each team member.
· Assist with managing the recruitment and selection process and onboarding process.
· Assist with managing the training and development programmes across the business and delegating tasks to responsible HR employee.
· Addressing employee concerns, resolving employee disputes and fostering a positive work environment.
· Supporting the performance review process, providing feedback, and assisting with performance management reviews and performance improvement plans
· Ensuring compliance with the Company policies and procedures, and assisting in the development and implementation of new policies.
· Supporting the development and delivery of training programs, including onboarding and ongoing professional development.
· Managing employee benefits programs, including claims and communications.
· Assisting with payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
· Ensuring compliance with Employment Act 1955, Industries Relations Act 1967, Minimum Wage Order 2020 and other relevant employment laws and regulations.
· Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including answering employee inquiries, managing correspondence, and coordinating HR-related events.
· Support the Company’s sustainability initiatives pursuant the Company’s Sustainability Policy
· Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information will professionalism and integrity.
· Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office and payroll systems
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
