Duties & Responsibilities

1. Act as HSSE focal point for the site lead & team to operationalize Shell SEAM & JLL standards expectations.

2. Develop annual site HSSE plan after aligning with and getting approval from Shell FM; partner with JLL site lead & teams to drive traction in its completion and showcase progress/status.

3. Conduct HSSE training, onboarding, and maintain completion records; track competency assessments for JLL and vendor partners.

4. Ensure site HSSE Assurance through LOD1 / Mock audits / SWAT; meet annual plan implementation, maintain status of observations or gaps, and ensure closure.

5. Review & maintain HRA, HEMP / HER, site legal risk registers to manage risk effectively.

6. Maintain list of CCA completed, perform quality checks, track improvement actions, and review performance to ensure sub-contractor safety management processes.

7. Implement frontline work execution - conduct awareness sessions on STEP 7, safe work check process, toolbox talks.

8. Maintain and update site Assurance, HSSE metrics & publish site HSSE performance status or dashboard.

9. Ensure Project HSSE assurance through early planning, management of change (MOC), HSSE design inputs, risk register management, and assurance checks with increased on-ground presence.

10. Manage incident reporting and analysis using Sphera and Dap, conduct investigations, and share lessons learned to prevent recurrence.

11. Maintain Site LFI register, review the relevance of actions for similar scenarios, and track until closure through toolbox reviews and periodic HSE meetings.

12. Develop and review emergency response plans (ERP), participate in mock drills, submit drill reports, and track improvement actions for closure.

13. Identify new initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities; work with site leads to operationalize daily HSSE activities.

14. Represent the site in HSSE, MOSR, and QBPR meetings to share updates on site HSSE assurance, KPIs, and RAIL items.
