Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que généraliste RH, de préférence dans le secteur manufacturier.

Assistant HR Manager– Johor Bahru – Up to RM10,000 + Bonus

A well-established multinational electronics manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Specialist to lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, and general administration. This role supports both white- and blue-collar operations and offers long-term growth into a managerial position.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all staff levels

Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor law and company HR policies

Support performance management cycles and improvement plans

Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor liaison

Coordinate training programs, HR documentation, and HRIS records (e.g. InfoTech)

Prepare HR dashboards and support internal audits and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field

At least 5 years’ experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing

Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and statutory compliance

Hands-on payroll and HRIS experience (InfoTech or similar)

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Able to multitask independently and maintain high accuracy under pressure

Proficient in handling confidential HR issues with professionalism
