Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle Payroll for the company.
  • Manage and Maintain Employee Data in the Human Resources System, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including but not limited to account creation for new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
  • Provide General Administrative Support to the company, including maintenance of office equipment, ordering of office supplies, and replenishing pantry items.
  • Responsible for Recruitment Projects.
  • Prepare HR-related Letters and Memos.
  • Manage Labor Contracts and Employee Filing.
  • Perform Any Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin.
  • Diploma or higher education is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with Employment Law, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in various recruitment and resource management.

Note: Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
