Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with department heads.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and ROI analysis.
  • Lead/support HR projects from HQ such as IDP, coaching, and etc.
  • Assist in policy development, HR process improvements, and compliance-related initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 -7 years of HR experience, with a strong background in T&D / Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
