We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring production excellence, contributing to new product launches, and supporting high-volume manufacturing aligned with global standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Set up and manage end-to-end HR operations for a new manufacturing facility, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  2. Lead and support the hiring plan for key positions such as engineers, technicians, production, QA/QC, and support staff.
  3. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB), and company policies.
  4. Implement HR strategies, SOPs, and employee handbooks in line with business goals and local regulations.
  5. Manage employee performance appraisal processes, KPIs, and talent development programs.
  6. Handle employee engagement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  7. Oversee HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy in documentation, records, and reporting.
  8. Support training and development planning, especially around quality standards, safety, and technical skills.
  9. Build and maintain strong internal communications across departments during the setup and scaling phase.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing environments.
