Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with recruitment including posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging for interview
  • Prepare HR documents, offer letters, onboarding of new hires and facilitate orientation
  • Support payroll administration and attendance tracking
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and performance review management
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented accordingly
  • To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and management from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in HR Management, Business Administrative or related field
  • At least 1-2 years related working experience in related field
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
  • Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good communication and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
