Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in HR or related field.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Computer literate with good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibility
- Assisting with recruitment including posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging for interview
- Prepare HR documents, offer letters, onboarding of new hires and facilitate orientation
- Support payroll administration and attendance tracking
- Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and performance review management
- Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented accordingly
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and management from time to time
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management, Business Administrative or related field
- At least 1-2 years related working experience in related field
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
