Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Police Officer or former Police Officer to join the Auxiliary Police Management Team for the RTS Link Project in Johor Bahru. This pivotal role will be responsible for assisting the Head of Auxiliary Police in planning and executing all aspects and requirements of RTS Link's physical security operations, including coordinating Auxiliary Police (AP) requirements.

Your Role:

Managing the Auxiliary Police and Certified Security Guard for Immigration, Customs & Quarantine (ICQ) Building, station and Depot under the purview of the RTS Asset Operation. This includes overseeing their day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, it involves planning and implementing comprehensive physical security strategies for RTS Link security operations.

Develop physical security policies, protocols, and procedures for RTS Link's physical security operations.

Coordinating with external law enforcement agencies, governmental and statutory bodies and PDRM about law and security matters.

Collaborating and coordinating with MY agencies (AKPS, PDRM, KDN, JIM, JKDM, MKN, CGSO), the SG Agency (ICA), and RTSO is a key aspect of this role, ensuring the security needs of RTS Link are met through collective efforts.

Your Profile:

Police Officer (minimum Assistant Superintendent or Inspector) or former Police Officer (minimum Assistant Superintendent or Inspector) within Five (5) to Ten (10) years relevant working experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Police Science or Law Enforcement or equivalent, or with 2 years of working experience in Auxiliary Police management. Those with working experience in Auxiliary Police management will be preferred.

Able to plan the development of physical security policies, protocols, and procedures for RTS Link physical security operations.

Already residing in Johor or willing to relocate.

MRT Corp has also been appointed as the Malaysian InfraCo for the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link Project between Johor Bahru and Singapore. The full opening of the line is targeted to be on 31 December 2026.

MRT Corp also plans and designs future metro rail networks and strive to be the catalyst in urban socio-economic regeneration by way of inclusive metro rail transport system and development of transit-oriented communities.
