Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and posting of accounting entries
- Assist in processing payment and reimburse petty cash to vendor and staff
- Assist in handling account receivable and debtor reconciliation
- Reconcile bank and other related accounts
- Assist in preparing service tax returns
- Assist in preparing finance reports, collating and preparing information for audit and tax purpose
- Ensure proper authorisation and verification of accounting transactions
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks from time-to-time
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written
- Familiar with MsOffice applications i.e., Excel, Words, PowerPoint
- Able to multitask
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good time management
